White Ibis

The White Ibis is brown as a juvenile.


As an adult, its is all white except for black feathers on its wing tips.

Snowy Egret


The Snowy Egret can be distinguished from the Great Egret by its black bill and yellow feet, opposite of the Great Egret.

Great Egret


These birds are graceful, but efficient killers of fish. They stand in the water and pierce the fish with their sharp bills. They fold up their necks when they fly and when they perch. See here.
